The South Bay Kids performance program is for talented music students who wish to perform. Our groups deliver many community performances each season, from April through October. Venues throughout the San Francisco Bay area include church festivals and county fairs, talent shows, teen centers, shopping malls, private parties and company picnics.
Some venues provide sound equipment and a technician, and others rely on South Bay Kids to provide the PA, microphones, monitors, mixer, amps and speakers. All performers learn to set up a stage and break it down afterward, and there is ample opportunity to learn every aspect of performing, from caring for equipment to mixing live shows.
Each summer, our accomplished performers are invited to join the South Bay Kids touring groups. They have performed at the Ventura County fair, Orange County fair and Disneyland.
