**DEADLINE EXTENDED! MONDAY JULY 3RD, 2017**
SBK's 30th Edition Benefit Concert: Program Dedications/Sponsor Ads
Hi Everyone! We are kicking off the selling of Sponsorship Ads and Dedications for our Concert Program Book in July. This is a huge part of how we make our money at the concert, and we need everyone to help out. Last year the majority of the over $3100 raised through Ads and Dedications was sold by 2 families. Imaging how much we could bring in, if everyone put that much effort in. This year we are asking that everyone bring in a MINIMUM of 2 Ads or Dedications. However, there will be a prize for the member/family who brings in the most money. The prize will be an Ad in the Program Book with your info and photo in it. It can also include a short Bio along with your photo.
Below you will find the form (word doc or .pdf file) to use for selling Ads and Dedications. All the prices, and sizes are outlined in the paperwork. Everything is outlined, but if you have any questions, you can always contact me or any board member.
When you sell an ad, you need to make sure you get a copy of what the business wants in the ad, or ask if they have a web site that can be used to get info for us to put together and ad for the book. We want them to be happy with what we do for them. They can also provide a business card with a logo for us to use. For Dedications, have your family/friend write out what they want to say, and find out if a picture is to be included. Businesses can also add messages to members if they would like, so make sure all of that is collected.
Ads and Dedications need to be turned in as soon as possible, so those working on the Program Book have time to put things together. Also, if you sell any of the special ad spaces (Centerfold, inside-front or back covers), we need to be notified immediately, so we can make sure those spots don't get sold again. Please note that the centerfold for this year's program has already been sold.
When you sell an Ad or Dedication, fill in the information in the small box at the bottom of Page 2 of the form. Reach out to sponsors from previous years. If they want us to use the same ad as the previous year, let us know.
Lastly, Any Ads or Dedications sold after July 3, might not make it into the Program. However, we will still sell if we can, and do everything we can to get them all in. July 3 is our cut off day for printing, as we have to have time to finalize the book and allow time the printer.
